Alternance Innovation Bootcamp Junior Project Manager H/F

Au sein du pôle Business Accélération de la direction Innovation de la branche Marketing & Services (MS) de TotalEnergies, l'objectif de ce poste sera d'accompagner les responsables du programme d'intrapreneuriat international, appelé l'innovation Bootcamp, dans la mise en oeuvre du programme. L'innovation bootcamp a pour objectifs de former à l'innovation et à l'éco-innovation une trentaine de collaborateurs venus des quatre coins du monde et d'accélérer leurs projets innovants alignés sur la feuille de route de la Compagnie, tout en réduisant l'impact environnemental.
Activities
Les missions confiées sont principalement :
- Mise en place des supports de communication, co-animation de réunions d'informations sur les programmes en amont de l'appel à candidature
- Mise en place des supports de communication/promotion (français/anglais) des sujets éligibles ou projets actuellement intégrés dans les programmes
- Organisation logistique et travaux préparatoires à l'appel à candidature pour la saison 2024
- Animation/coordination des relais locaux du programme d'intrapreneuriat à l'international
- Participation à la sélection des candidats aux programmes pour la saison 2024
- Orchestrer la "learning expédition": une semaine à l'étranger pour découvrir des start-ups, des universités, des corporates...
- Soutien durant le programme selon l'expertise du candidat, suivi plus approfondi de 1 à 3 équipes
- Mise en oeuvre d'outils de collecte de feedbacks auprès des parties prenantes du programme, puis analyse des résultats et propositions d'amélioration
- Animation de la communauté des alumni: planning des webinars, contenu des webinars, support de communication, présentation des webinars
Candidate Profile
Vous préparez un master 2 en innovation/entrepreneuriat et recherchez une alternance de 12 mois à partir de fin août ou septembre 2023

Compétences informatiques :
- Pack Office
- Office 365 (Teams, Forms, ...)
- Miro (whiteboard tool) serait un plus
