Notre client est une startup parisienne innovante spécialisée dans l’intelligence artificielle destinée à la grande distribution et aux consommateurs. Cette entreprise dynamique se distingue par ses solutions révolutionnaires qui optimisent les processus commerciaux et améliorent l’expérience client.
Mission :
En tant qu’Analytics Engineer, vous serez responsable de la gestion et de l’expansion de l’équipe data composée de 6 personnes. Vos principales responsabilités incluront :
• Gestion de l’équipe : Encadrer et guider l’équipe, composée de Data Engineers et de Data Analysts, en assurant un leadership technique et organisationnel.
• Ingénierie des données : Conception, développement et maintenance des pipelines de données robustes et évolutifs sur Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Analyse des données : Effectuer des analyses de données approfondies pour fournir des insights actionnables aux parties prenantes.
• Visualisation des données : Développer des tableaux de bord et des rapports pour une prise de décision éclairée.
• Prise de décision : Collaborer avec les équipes produit et business pour orienter la stratégie basée sur les données.
• Gestion de la roadmap : Définir et prioriser la feuille de route des projets data pour aligner les objectifs techniques avec les besoins commerciaux.
Profil recherché :
• Expérience professionnelle : Minimum 5-6 ans d’expérience en tant que Data Engineer ou Data Analyst, avec au moins 2 ans en management d’équipe.
• Compétences techniques : Maîtrise impérative de Google Cloud Platform (GCP) et des outils associés.
• Double compétence : Expertise avérée en ingénierie des données (ETL, pipelines de données, architecture data) et en analyse des données (SQL, analyses statistiques, BI).
• Leadership : Capacité démontrée à gérer, motiver et développer une équipe technique.
• Autres compétences : Excellente communication, capacité à travailler en autonomie et en équipe, esprit analytique et orienté résultats.
Conditions :
• Localisation : Paris, avec possibilité de télétravail 2 jours par semaine.
• Rémunération : Jusqu’à 70k€ annuel.
