Position Overview:
As an EPM Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful implementation of our EPM solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a customer-centric approach to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management activities for EPM implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets to ensure project milestones are achieved within established constraints.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring their satisfaction with project deliverables.
- Provide regular project status updates to internal and external stakeholders, including project progress, issues, and risks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree
- Proven experience (2 years) managing complex EPM implementation projects, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Deep understanding of Enterprise Performance Management concepts, processes, and technologies, with proficiency in EPM software platforms (OneStream, Tagetik or Board)
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Willingness to travel as needed to client sites.
