As Corporate Finance IT services Manager, you will work on behalf of Rexel Group IT team in the IT Planning & Country Support department, supporting Corporate IT applications that underpin the financial operations of Rexel group.
You will be responsible to manage the delivery of IT projects & services related to the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) application domain.
You will need to understand both Corporate Finance and Information Technology. And, you will work closely to EPM Solution Owner, who will manage relationship with Finance stakeholders across Rexel entities.

Manage IT operations related to the EPM application domain :

You will manage IT operations for EPM applications, ensuring stable end-to-end operations, and enforcing security protocols. This involves managing hosting platforms, coordinating maintenance activities with the EPM Solution Owner, and enforcing compliance with industry standards. Additionally, this role entails monitoring service levels, managing user support, and implementing IT Service Management processes for platform stability and continuous improvement.

~ Lead IT projects related to the EPM application domain

You will lead IT projects within the EPM application domain by collaborating with the EPM Solution Owner to understand business needs and ensuring alignment of applications and IT services. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution, managing scope, cost, schedule, and risk, as well as coordinating with other IT teams to deliver necessary work products for EPM applications. Management Tasks :

Management tasks include overseeing team members, managing administrative duties for external resources, and coordinating with vendors to ensure efficient service delivery. Additionally, responsibilities encompass supporting EPM solution owners in conducting satisfaction surveys, marketing EPM IT services, and maintaining an updated Group IT service catalog.


Master’s degree in Information Technology or Finance. Double competency with both IT and Finance is expected.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT manager, with demonstrated experience in implementing & operating Corporate Finance applications or other critical applications like ERPs.
Must have a basic understanding of corporate finance, operations, processes, and calendar/milestones to facilitate interactions with EPM Solution Owner.
Must have experience in the following areas and associated reporting metrics: project management, service management (incident, problem, changes, releases management), proactive monitoring of an IT system, service level management, service catalogue definition, knowledge management…
Should have high‐level understanding of the architecture of one or more applications like SAP Magnitude, to be able to effectively lead discussions with application / infrastructure / security experts.
Should have experience in troubleshooting performance issues cutting across various architecture layers (business processes, data, application, network, hosting).
Good proficiency in both English and French is mandatory (written & spoken)
