Job Description :

1. Quality Improvement & Maturity Growth :Initially focus on quality improvement/enabler activities.Transition to a dual role of 50% quality activities and 50% DevOps activities as the quality maturity increases.Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve quality maturity collectively.2. Activity Definition :Tasks will be defined collaboratively by:The quality organization (e.g., sign-off/releasing model implementation).The component team (quality improvement initiatives).The incubation member (proposing quality enhancements).Principal QA engineer and the component team (ad-hoc analyses).3. Regular SupportParticipate in weekly follow-ups with the incubation team and quality organization.Receive support from the principal engineer and management for organizational aspects (e.g., vacations, IPPM).#LI-AV1

Profile / Requirements :

General Requirements :- Strong knowledge in DevOps (releasing, operations).- Autonomous and solution-oriented mindset.- A quality-first approach; background in quality is a plus.Role-Specific Skills- Python, Ansible, Terraform.- Python, Jenkins.- C++, Kubernetes/Openshift, DevOps knowledge.- Terraform, Jenkins, Python.- QA Engineer with Python, Robot Framework, and ISTQB certification.Validate transversal mechanisms across components of the Cloud Platform.Developer background is a plus for maintaining and updating KPI portals.Project ManagementManage problem management backlogs and support the Quality Community.Skills in Excel and basic coding for process improvement.Strong communication, autonomy, and project management capabilities.
