Inside Sales Specialist – Public Sector

Practical Information:

Location: Pérols, France | Reports to: Sales Team Leader | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for France | Language Requirements: Fluent/professional French and English, written and verbal


As our new Inside Sales Specialist, you will have the chance to actively engage in sales activities within public sector accounts. You will be driving cross-selling and up-selling activities with existing accounts, as well as new customer acquisition, in collaboration with our Key Account Managers.


Other responsibilities will include

  • Maintaining and developing customer installed base through order management, contract handling, licensing, vendor support, and promoting Crayon's strategic offerings including SAM and Cloud services
  • Initiating and participating in sales initiatives such as outbound/inbound calls, networking, emailing, and lead cycle management, as well as quote creation
  • Contributing to new customer acquisition by following up on opportunities and marketing campaigns, as well as addressing licensing queries as they appear
  • Collaborating with Key Account Managers in day-to-day activities


Your Competencies

  • 2+ years’ of B2B sales experience within public sector, focused on attracting new customer and cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers
  • Previous experience with Microsoft software licensing and/or any other major vendors
  • Master’s degree from a business school or similar institution will be a plus
  • Understanding of Cloud technologies will be advantageous
