The Planet Group have been engaged by an established consulting firm to secure a skilled Change Management Consultant to lead and deliver Change Management Services in partnership with the Customer Change Lead. The role involves utilizing the EMEA CM Toolkit and following project guidelines to ensure successful deployment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Stakeholder Identification
- Change Impact Assessment
- Change Strategy and Plan
- Engagement and Communication Planning
- Engagement and Communication Development
- End User Training (EUT) Plan
- Training Needs Analysis
- Training Material Development
- Training Handover (Train-the-Trainer)
- Planning for Ongoing Change Management workshops
- Adoption Dashboard/User Metrics Workshop
