CitizenPlane recently bought Travel Technology Interactive, an airline PSS (Passenger Service System). We are now looking for a finance manager to help the Head of Finance to establish and manage the Group in its financial aspects.
Your team
In direct connection with the Head of Finance, you will manage the day-to-day financial operation & support the management team on strategic projects (M&A operations, debt restructuring,…)
- You will work hand-in-hand with the Head of Finance.
Your Responsibilities
With the Head of Finance, you will be in charge of the finance, administrative & legal.
- Monitor financial performance with accurate and on-time financial reports (KPIs, P&L, cash, Balance Sheet) and handle communication with our external accountant.
- Handle financial & legal due diligence with investors (reporting, Q&A) and other financial partners (banks)
- Ensure on-time invoicing & efficient cash collection (including tax credits, debts, etc.)
- Ensure optimized payments to suppliers
- Implement optimized internal financial tools & processes
- Build Budgets & Financial Forecasts
- Ensure that legal corporate documentation is up-to-date (cap table, BSPCE, etc.)
Qualifications
You will be an excellent fit to join the CitizenPlane if you:
- 1y+ experience in Audit, Transaction Services, M&A, or consulting firms with previous experience (or at least strong appetite) in the tech/startup environment
- Corporate Finance skills: understand how P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflows are articulated to maintain state-of-the-art financial monitoring
- Strong modeling skills with the ability to build complex financial models
- Very analytical mindset
- Smart, curious, problem solver with a strong work ethic and ability to roll up your sleeves
- Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
- Have strong written & verbal English communication skills
- Cool and open-minded
