Magellan seeks a Senior Change Management Consultant to drive pre-sales, scoping, strategy and governance for client IS transformations. You will lead workshops, assess impacts and design change management approaches that enable adoption across diverse organisations.
You will map user profiles, define target states, and guide governance strategies, including considerations around AI integration and daily operations.
