Syneos Health is seeking a CRA in Oncology Phase I for sponsor-dedicated, home-based work in France. You will perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits (on-site or remote), ensuring regulatory and ICH-GCP compliance, while safeguarding patient data and safety.
Responsibilities include source document review, data reconciliation, and query resolution, with occasional training of junior staff. Travel up to 75% may be required, adapting to project needs and timelines.
