- Define technology solutions tailored to client needs
- Propose and design architecture and integration models
- Lead the teams working on projects
- Oversee the deployment of the target architecture
- Anticipate future platform developments and their impact on clients
- Prepare technical proposals and estimate workloads during the presales phase
- Create an initial vision for the architecture and solution
- Present and defend the proposal and selected design decisions
- Manage a team of developers and technical leads
- Support the Technical Director in team development, methodologies, and training
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience with Salesforce
- Multiple Salesforce certifications, including System Architect and/or Application Architect
- Strong knowledge of development, deployment, and API-based integration lifecycles
- Presales experience
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac +5)
