Welo Data seeks a Session Director to support live, supervised voice recording sessions for a multilingual AI project in French (France). You will facilitate sessions, coach participants in real time, and monitor technical quality to ensure natural, authentic recordings that meet project specs.
Typical workload includes about 8 hours of calibration before production and two additional recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant, with compensation at $55 per hour and fully remote
