CNRS in France seeks a PhD candidate to design, fabricate, and characterize photonic components, focusing on frequency-shifting resonators on lithium niobate. It is part of the ANR Fresh Mint project with collaboration from FOTON Rennes and FEMTO-ST Besançon.
The position requires an engineering degree or master's in photonics, optics, or electronics, and strong French and English communication. MESR authorization will be handled as required.
