Senior Consultant, Biostatistics – Biomarkers

• Write and validate biomarker-specific Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs)
• Prepare the list of statistical appendices
• Process, analyze, and interpret high-dimensional data (transcriptomics, genomics, metabolomics)
• Design omics data preprocessing pipelines
• Contribute to the development of R Shiny data exploration applications
• Produce statistical reports and results presentations
• Contribute to the statistical component of the Clinical Biomarker Plan
• Ensure comprehensive documentation, change traceability, and compliance with the client’s internal and regulatory procedures
• Collaborate with IVIDATA Life Sciences teams and clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, or Data Science applied to life sciences
• At least 5–8 years of experience analyzing biomarker and high-throughput data, ideally in an advanced clinical or preclinical research environment
• Expert proficiency in R (Tidyverse, Bioconductor)
• Strong proficiency in developing R Shiny applications
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and the ability to communicate complex results to multidisciplinary teams
• Fluency in English required
