Role:
- Lead and manage large M&A transactions
- Develop a through understanding of the client’s requirements, working with them to develop the best approach
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure that work is properly executed at all times
- Identify and anticipate risks that require escalation
- Play a key role in all origination efforts by identifying and analysing business development opportunities
- Communicate effectively internally, keeping relevant stakeholders informed of deal progress and risks
- Actively strengthen external relationships to broaden your network and contribute to origination efforts
- Actively mentor and develop more junior members of the team
Candidate:
- Proven track record of working beginning to end on large M&A transactions is essential
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or similar level of education
- French or German speaker essential
- Knowledge of the Lux market essential
- Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders
- High level of commercial acumen
- Proficient in detailed financial and commercial analysis and the ability to identify potential areas of sensitivity
- Ability to identify key issues on assignments and suggest workable solutions
- Experience in presenting findings clearly in reports and other deliverables to clients
- Eligible to work in Luxembourg. Unfortunately, candidates who need visa sponsorship can not be considered for this role
