lemlist is seeking an applied AI engineer to turn raw LLM intelligence into a reliable production product. You will focus on agent orchestration, context engineering, memory management, retrieval, and evaluation in collaboration with software engineers and product teams.
You will ensure the system delivers the best outcomes for customers, balancing quality, latency, and cost while owning the guardrails and evaluation framework.
