Youtrust is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to own end-to-end Revenue hiring across France and international markets, including leadership roles. You will partner with the CRO and senior leaders to raise hiring standards, train managers, and build an employer brand that attracts top talent.
You will mentor the current TA Manager and drive cross-functional initiatives such as AI integration, data reporting, and DEI hiring practices, with potential expansion into Product & Tech roles
