Our client, a leading organization in the media sector, is looking for a QA Engineer to join their digital products department. The project involves ensuring high-quality standards for a diverse digital portfolio, including web platforms, mobile applications, and live data streams.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies for digital products.
- Translate user stories into functional, exploratory, and regression test scenarios.
- Collaborate with developers to review and monitor automated test coverage using modern frameworks.
- Manage quality standards for web platforms, mobile apps, and time-critical data feeds.
- Detect, report, and follow up on quality issues within a cross-functional agile team.
- Support the continuous improvement and quality monitoring of existing digital products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or test specialist for business-critical applications.
- 3+ years of experience with Web testing and developing manual test scenarios.
- 1+ years of experience working within an Agile product team.
- You possess experience with formal test methods and techniques.
- You bring a proactive and structured approach to quality assurance.
- You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.
Nice to Haves
- 1+ years of experience reading and reviewing automated tests with Cypress or Playwright.
- 1+ years of experience with Atlassian Suite including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- 1+ years of experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Artillery, or K6.
- 1+ years of experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android.
- Experience with time-critical live data environments or the media industry.
