PhD: Glycosylation

ESRF - The European Synchrotron invites applications for a PhD project at the BM29 BioSAXS beamline in Grenoble, France. The role combines wet-lab biochemistry, computational glycobiology, and large-scale facility experience, with two-years renewable contract and cross-site training between Southampton and ESRF.

You will develop a computational pipeline to predict glycosylation states and SWAXS-based scoring, test on four benchmark glycoprotein systems, and participate in international
