Job Description

  • Contribute to drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater studies
  • Lead drinking water and wastewater master plans
  • Conduct diagnostic studies and propose work programs
  • Conduct tariff studies
  • Produce GIS mapping: network plans, construction plans, and flood-risk area maps
  • Conduct asset management studies for networks and infrastructure
  • Provide project owners' representative services for technical assignments related to the urban water cycle
  • Plan workloads
  • Oversee deliverables, project progress, and financial performance
  • Contribute to tender responses and pre-sales activities
  • Participate in business meetings and lead workshops
  • Monitor projects from contractual and accounting perspectives
  • Work under the direction of the Regional Office Director

Requirements

  • Degree from an engineering school or equivalent training in civil engineering or water engineering (including ENGEES, ENSE3, ENSEEIHT, or ENSIP)
  • At least 5 years of experience in water engineering
  • Proven expertise in urban water engineering
  • Strong knowledge of public procurement contracts
  • Strong team leadership and facilitation skills
  • Ability to take on new responsibilities
  • Position based in Lorient
