Car Fleet ManagerWork Dynamics | EMEA Region | Paris, FrancePosition OverviewOversee strategic planning, operational management, and optimization of JLL's vehicle fleet across the EMEA Work Dynamics account, ensuring compliance, cost control, and sustainability while delivering exceptional stakeholder service.

Key Responsibilities
Fleet Operations ManagementManage day-to-day operations including vehicle procurement, maintenance scheduling, insurance coordination, and disposalDevelop and implement fleet policies aligned with JLL standards and client requirementsMonitor fleet utilization rates and implement efficiency optimization strategiesEnsure vehicles meet safety standards and regulatory compliance across EMEA jurisdictionsVendor and Supplier ManagementNegotiate and manage relationships with leasing companies, maintenance providers, fuel suppliers, and telematics vendorsConduct vendor performance reviews and implement service level agreementsSource competitive bids and evaluate proposals based on total cost of ownership and sustainabilityFinancial Management and ReportingDevelop and manage annual fleet budget including capital and operational costsTrack and analyze expenses: fuel, maintenance, insurance, and depreciationPrepare monthly financial reports and dashboards highlighting trends and savings opportunitiesImplement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining service qualityCompliance and Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with local transportation regulations and environmental standards across EMEAMaintain accurate fleet records: registration, insurance, driver qualificationsManage incident reporting and coordinate insurance claimsConduct operational audits to identify and mitigate risksSustainability and InnovationExecute fleet electrification strategies aligned with JLL's sustainability commitmentsEvaluate emerging technologies: electric vehicles, telematics, mobility platformsMonitor environmental performance: carbon emissions, fuel efficiency, alternative fuelsIntegrate fleet operations into broader ESG initiativesStakeholder ManagementCollaborate with Work Dynamics leadership, facilities teams, and end-users on fleet requirementsProvide driver training on safe operation, fuel efficiency, and company policiesResolve operational issues promptly and professionallyQualifications and ExperienceRequired5-7 years fleet management experience, preferably in corporate or facility managementProven track record managing multi-country operations with 100+ vehiclesStrong knowledge of EMEA transportation regulations and compliance frameworksExperience with fleet management systems, telematics platforms, and data analyticsDemonstrated vendor contract negotiation and management expertiseFinancial acumen: budget development and cost performance analysisFluency in English and French (required for Paris-based role)PreferredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldProfessional certifications: CAFM (Certified Automotive Fleet Manager) or equivalentElectric vehicle fleet integration and charging infrastructure experienceKnowledge of ISO standards for fleet management and environmental performanceBackground in integrated facilities management or corporate real estate servicesAdditional European language skillsKey CompetenciesStrategic thinking: balance operational efficiency with long-term optimizationStrong analytical
