We are partnering with an ambitious international business to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel to support its growing B2B2C and B2B operations. This is a broad commercial role advising senior stakeholders across contracts, compliance and governance.
The Role
- Lead negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, including procurement, supply chain and customer contracts.
- Provide pragmatic legal advice on transactions and business initiatives.
- Develop contract templates, playbooks and best practice.
- Advise on compliance, including competition law, Sapin II, conflicts of interest and whistleblowing.
- Support corporate governance, restructurings and strategic projects.
- Manage external counsel and drive improvements across the legal function.
Skills Required
- Qualified lawyer with 10-15 years' PQE, in-house, private practice or both.
- Strong commercial contracts and compliance experience.
- International B2B/B2B2C experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused.
- Fluent in English and French.
