Legal Counsel, IT, Data, Contracts

Overview

• Contract law / IT / Innovation: draft, analyze, negotiate and secure contracts
• Support operational teams in negotiations and contract finalization
• Provide legal support on matters related to innovation and artificial intelligence
• Participate in the management of pre-litigation and contractual disputes

Requirements

• Advanced law degree (Master's level, e.g., Master 2, LL.M., or equivalent in Business Law, Digital Law, Contracts, IT/IP)
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in legal roles covering contracts, IT and GDPR
• Strong command of contract law and solid knowledge of IT/digital environments
• Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
• Interest in innovation and new technologies is a plus
• Rigour, autonomy, service orientation, ability to prioritize and strong interpersonal skills
