  • Contribute to a growing portfolio of drinking water, wastewater and stormwater studies
  • Lead drinking water and wastewater master plans
  • Conduct diagnostic studies and propose capital works programs
  • Conduct tariff studies
  • Produce GIS mapping, including network plans, works plans and flood-prone areas
  • Conduct asset management studies for networks and infrastructure
  • Provide owner’s representative and project management assistance (AMO)
  • Plan the team’s workload
  • Oversee project delivery, deliverable tracking and financial management
  • Contribute to tender responses and pre-sales activities
  • Participate in business meetings and lead workshops
  • Monitor projects with regard to contractual and accounting commitments
  • Work under the direction of the Deputy Branch Manager
  • Interact regularly with the Auxerre and Nancy offices, as well as other locations across France

Requirements

  • Degree in civil engineering or hydraulic engineering, particularly from ENGEES, ENSE3, ENSEEIHT or ENSIP
  • At least 8 years of experience in water engineering
  • Demonstrated expertise in urban hydraulics
  • Strong knowledge of public procurement
  • Experience and interest in drinking water projects
  • Strong team leadership and facilitation skills
  • Ability to take on additional responsibilities
