We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with hands‑on experience of Now Assist and a solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture to join a major transformation programme.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a cutting‑edge ServiceNow environment, helping to design and deliver AI-driven solutions while contributing to broader architecture decisions across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Now Assist capabilities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Provide architectural input to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
- Support integrations, workflow development, and platform enhancements.
- Contribute to design discussions and help shape the future direction of the ServiceNow landscape.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues.
Required Experience
- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Previous experience working with ServiceNow Now Assist.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and solution design principles.
- Experience with platform customisation, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent French (written and spoken) is essential.
- Must be based in France.
