Profit & Growth BU Lead — Cross-Functional & Global Sales

Leach International Europe seeks a Business Unit Manager to lead a cross-functional Core Team across Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance. You will own the Business Unit P&L, drive sales, EBITDA, and new business while aligning pricing with product value.

You will report to the Vice President Sales, travel across Europe, Asia, Oceania and the U.S., and work with the entire sales force to develop strategy and ensure profitability.
