Our client develops advanced semiconductor and cybersecurity technologies designed to protect connected devices, communications, and digital infrastructure in the AI and quantum era. The company is NASDAQ-listed technology company with strong international exposure. Combining secure semiconductors, hardware root of trust, post-quantum security, PKI, IoT cybersecurity, and trusted provisioning, they help enterprises, governments, and industrial organizations build secure and resilient digital ecosystems. Their technologies support IoT, industrial systems, smart infrastructure, connected devices, and next-generation communication networks, delivering long-term security, trust, and quantum-ready resilience for critical applications worldwide.

Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the market positioning, go-to-market strategy, and commercial enablement of its portfolio of infrastructure security chips, including Trusted Platform Modules (TPM) and Secure Elements (SE). This is a highly outward-facing role at the intersection of semiconductors, cybersecurity, and post-quantum cryptography (PQC). You will help define and position products that address evolving cybersecurity, regulatory, and platform-integrity requirements across enterprise, data center, and industrial markets. Your first priority will be to lead the go-to-market launch of a new PQC-capable TPM solution, establishing a strong and differentiated position in the market. You will then develop compelling product and market narratives for enterprise, industrial, and partner audiences, while equipping sales teams with the messaging, collateral, and tools needed to succeed. You will also represent our client at key industry events, engage with customers and ecosystem partners, gather market intelligence, and translate emerging requirements into insights that help shape the next generation of security products.

Market & Customer

  • Own the Market Requirements Document for TPM and Secure Element product lines, grounded in primary research with partners, OEMs, ODMs, and customers.
  • Engage standards bodies to influence specifications and anticipate certification requirements.
  • Support sales with customer presentations and deal shaping for strategic accounts.
  • Serve as company's expert voice in the market for its product lines.

Product Definition & Roadmap

  • Own business case development and product P&L.
  • Build and maintain a multi-generation product roadmap aligned with silicon process node transitions and customer design-win timelines.
  • Define the business model: captive supply for internal platforms, merchant silicon revenue, security IP licensing, and firmware/attestation service attach rates.
  • Own the go-to-market planning and execution for the TPM launch and future releases, in collaboration with Product Management and Sales.
  • Define and track key GTM metrics: design-win pipeline, sampling requests, collateral downloads, and event lead generation.

Ideal Profile

Experience

  • 10+ years of product development experience, with at least 3 years focused on hardware products in security, networking, or compute infrastructure

Skills

  • Proven track record in TPM certification and application.
  • Deep understanding of embedded security technologies: TPM 2.0 (TCG spec), hardware root of trust, and cryptographic services.
  • Experience with the TPM ecosystem: BIOS/firmware integration, Microsoft Windows HLK, Linux IMA/TPM2-tools, and platform attestation.
  • Familiarity with relevant standards and certifications (TCG, FIPS 140-3, Common Criteria) is highly desirable
  • Field Application Engineer profile, hands-on, with strong business acumen and a desire to grow toward product definition and marketing.
  • Fluent English required; French is a plus
