Context:


  • Manages end-to-end workshops with the client
  • Translate user requirements to Salesforce functional solution, and elaborate the user journey under Salesforce platform
  • Manages the development team and provide guidance to guarantee the solution coherence

Knows any of the core clouds / industry clouds (Manuf. Cloud, Insurance, Sales, Service, Experience cloud, etc. …)
