We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) administration and have hands-on experience with a variety of supporting tools and technologies. You will play a critical role in building, deploying, and managing scalable infrastructure solutions to support our organization's operational and development needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage OCP clusters to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot OpenShift environments, addressing performance bottlenecks and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Implement and maintain Red Hat Service Mesh for traffic management, service discovery, and observability.
  • Utilize Kubernetes-native tools and Helm charts for seamless application deployment and management.
  • Develop and manage automation workflows using Ansible Automation Platform to streamline infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
  • Establish GitOps workflows leveraging tools such as GitHub Actions and other CI/CD pipelines.
  • Design and manage Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging solutions.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of Kafka clusters in alignment with business needs.
  • Partner with development and operations teams to enforce best practices in CI/CD, security, and monitoring.
  • Promote and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps methodologies to ensure consistency and repeatability in deployments.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and Kubernetes ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of Red Hat Service Mesh and related networking components (Istio, Envoy Proxy).
  • Experience with Helm for Kubernetes package management and GitOps workflows for version-controlled infrastructure.
  • Expertise in Ansible Automation Platform for orchestrating and managing IT environments.
  • Strong background in Kafka administration and configuration, with an emphasis on distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
  • Solid understanding of Git-based workflows, including using GitHub for CI/CD pipelines and repository management.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging systems (e.g., Elasticsearch, Fluentd, Kibana).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.

Profil :
  • Minimum 9 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, DevOps, and system engineering.
  • Proven expertise in administering OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and related tools (Red Hat Service Mesh, GitOps workflows, Helm, and Ansible Automation).
  • Experience in designing and managing real-time data streaming solutions with Apache Kafka.
  • Experience with centralized deployment tools for software updates and patches.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex multi-platform environments.
  • English: B2 level.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
