For more information, please visit www.ltimindtree.com.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a permanent experienced SAP S4Hana Program/Project Manager who will work hybrid, - remotely with some travels per month to our client based in Loir-et-Cher, and will be responsible for end-to-end SAP S4Hana implementation ensuring quality standards and project’s timelines are met.Key Responsibilities Build execute measure and continuously optimize strategies to timely deliver the project with high customer satisfaction quality and within budget.Provide leadership to ensure contract deliverables are met quality compliance overhead and other costs are minimized.Represents the program project in Monthly Operations Reviews with senior leadership.Ensure an appropriate program or project management framework is in place incorporating customer review process.Controlling changes following approval.Demonstrated understanding and proficient use of program project management tools.Represents the company to the customer provides program status to customers gathers voice of the customer information and customer assessment data to share with the team for use in solution development.Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals.Develop and maintain the long-term vision for the program.Oversees and drives customer service and partnership development.Be accountable to deliver the program project deliverables on time with utmost quality.Manage and collaborate with cross functional teams to build and execute integrated measurable programs.Establish credibility professionalism and expertise within the organization as a performer and leader.Conduct audits to ensure to meet the customer quality standards at program level.Update monthly metrics tracking and reports.Key QualificationsJob Minimum 16 years of experience is required in Program Project Management.Program Project management experience in SAP S4HANA E2E Implementation.Experience in Activate methodology tools and accelerators.Experience in onshore/offshore work model and team collaboration.Language French must have with English Good to have.Any certification in Program Project Management is required PgMP, PMP Prince2, SAP Activate Scrum Master or any other equivalent.Able to travel to client’s office in Loir-et-Cher as per the project's requirements.Benefits PackageExcellent salary package, flexible working, learning, development and professional growth opportunities, collaborative and inclusive work environment.Mandatory Skills : #SAP #ProjectGovernance #ProgramManager #PMP #Prince2 #PgMP #SAPActivateScrumMaster
