You'll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.You'll play a key role in driving the digital transformation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), supporting the implementation of projects aligned with Alstom's strategic objectives. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (digital transformation, engineering, operations), coordinate key initiatives, ensure alignment with governance processes and program roadmaps, and manage stakeholder relationships and reporting, among other responsibilities.You'll specifically take care of planning and organizing PLM4A projects, but also managing resources and driving continuous process improvement.We'll look to you for:Structuring and managing the delivery of PLM4A initiatives in alignment with program milestones and governance processesOptimizing the delivery model based on the defined sourcing strategyProposing and implementing initiatives to improve planning, cost efficiency, and qualityApplying standardized methodologies, processes, and tools across all PLM4A activitiesDefining and managing capacity plans and skills matrices for project teamsAdapting sourcing models to the evolving needs of the programIdentifying and mitigating risks, removing obstacles to success, and escalating issues as neededProviding standardized and timely reporting on project status and performanceAll about you:We value passion and attitude over experience.
