Votre mission:
Au sein de notre équipe d'exploitation des produits, vous surveillez les performances du produit pour la solution IoT de tiko. Vous mettez en place des systèmes de visualisation des données pour montrer les mesures de performance des produits et des opérations. Vous améliorez nos capacités d'observabilité et vous vous concentrez sur la fiabilité. Vous anticipez les sources d'erreurs possibles et concevez et mettez en œuvre de nouveaux processus. Vous travaillez avec le service client de troisième niveau et les équipes de développement pour résoudre les problèmes et contribuer à la conception de la prochaine génération de produits.
Votre profil:
- Master ou Licence en Ingénierie Appliquée ou Statistiques (par exemple, électricité, électronique, automatisation, informatique, informatique, mécanique), avec une formation technique générale et étendue.
- Des compétences en programmation sont indispensables : Python et SQL ; connaissance d'Elastic et de Grafana un plus.
- Expérience dans la mise en place et la conduite de la surveillance opérationnelle de systèmes IoT à grande échelle.
- Expérience dans le déploiement de mises à jour de systèmes IoT.
- Expérience en Business Intelligence ou Analytics.
- Expérience des projets d'observabilité et de fiabilité.
- Capacité à prévoir les problèmes potentiels et à proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations de manière proactive.
- Vous êtes impatient d'analyser les données de terrain, de trouver les causes profondes, de résumer le processus de dépannage (ex : diagramme de l'arbre des défaillances) et de transférer les connaissances acquises à l'organisation.
- Forte capacité technique à traiter de grandes quantités de données et à fournir des informations significatives.
- Esprit opérationnel et positif.
- Familiarité avec le concept d'excellence opérationnelle.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français obligatoire.
- Permis de travail valide pour la France ou nationalité européenne.
tiko, c’est une solution écocitoyenne permettant d’économiser jusqu’à 25% d’énergie de chauffage avec des radiateurs électriques existants - même les plus anciens - tout en accroissant le confort des occupants. Ce sont des économies substantielles en CO2 et en € pour les 9.2 millions de foyers qui se chauffent à l’électrique, pour lesquels le chauffage représente 66% de leurs dépenses énergétiques. Nos modules sont posés sur chaque radiateur par un installateur certifié et permettent instantanément:

Your Responsibility:
As part of our Product Operations Team, you monitor product performance for tiko's distributed, large-scale IoT solution. You set up data visualization systems to show product and operational performance metrics. You improve our Observability capabilities and focus on Reliability. You anticipate possible sources of errors and design and implement new processes. You work with the third-level customer service and development teams to troubleshoot issues and contribute to the design of next generation of products.
Your Profile:
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Applied Engineering or Statistics (e.g. Electrical, Electronic, Automation, IT, Computer Science, Mechanical), with a general and broad technical background.
- Programming skills is a must: Python & SQL; Elastic and Grafana knowledge a plus.
- Experience in setting up and conducting operational monitoring of large-scale IoT systems.
- Experience in rolling out IoT system updates.
- Experience with Business Intelligence and Analytics.
- Experience with Observability and Reliability projects.
- Capacity to foresee potential issues and proactively propose and implement improvements.
- Eagerness to analyze field data, find root-causes, abstract the troubleshooting process (e.g. failure tree diagram) and transfer your acquired knowledge back to the organization.
- Strong technical ability to process large quantities of data and provide meaningful insights.
- Operational & positive can-do mindset.
- Familiarity with Operational Excellence concept.
- English and French fluency is mandatory.
- Valid working permit for France or EU nationality.
tiko is an eco-citizen solution that allows you to save up to 25% of heating energy with existing electric radiators - even the oldest ones - while increasing the comfort of occupants.
