Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Unified Communications Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions in a hybrid work environment. This role involves communicating directly with customers in both France and abroad, requiring fluency in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Interact directly with customers in France and internationally, providing high-quality support and service.
- Infrastructure Monitoring: Conduct early morning checks of the infrastructure to ensure smooth operations before the workday begins.
- Technical Expertise: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Cisco Voice (VoIP, EndPoint, Network), NICE Recording Solutions, and SBC Oracle.
- Shift Work: Operate on a shift pattern, with early and late shifts as necessary.
- Unified Communications: Work with teams to manage, troubleshoot, and optimize communication systems.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Engineer or similar role in Unified Communications.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Cisco Voice (VoIP, EndPoint, Network). Familiarity with NICE Recording Solutions and SBC Oracle is essential.
- MS Teams Voice Knowledge: Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Voice is highly desirable.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is mandatory.

- Location Flexibility: Office located in Paris (Gare-du-Lyon) or Lyon with a hybrid work model allowing up to 10 days of home working per month.
- Contract Length: Initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extensions up to 3 years.
