Our Mission

As part of the ongoing development of Business Information Services, Coface is recruiting a Senior Marketing Data Analyst for Business Information. This key role will report directly to the Group Marketing Director: Business Information at Coface. In this role you will oversee various aspects of Marketing performance operations and reporting, including producing systematic reporting and actional analytics covering pricing, product performance and usage, inbound demand generation, outbound lead generation analysis, GTM and communication impact analysis and pricing projects.

High level remit:

  • Key member of the BI Marketing team, championing an insight led approach to inform marketing decisions and to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities across go-to-market, lead generation, product and pricing.
  • Collaborate with the Distribution Squad Leadership (Sales, Marketing and Customer Success) to formulate and execute on insight led approach to corridor planning, go-to-market and lead generation marketing activities.
  • Lead development of best practice in measurement and evaluation of marketing activities, working closely with group colleagues to facilitate demonstrating the contribution of BI marketing activities.

What you will be doing:

  • Goal Setting and Strategy: responsible for surfacing insights, building reports and supporting an insight led approach to decision making for planning and implementation of marketing strategies across GTM, lead generation, product and pricing.
  • Reporting and Process Analysis: responsible for defining and setting up best practice processes on all aspects of marketing reporting so that we can track the revenue impact of all marketing activities and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Delivering Actionable Insights: identify insights that can drive revenue growth and improvements.
  • Pricing Analysis: gather and collate competitive pricing insights from the regions, drive the development and implementation of advanced pricing analytics to inform strategic decisions, assess the impact of annual price changes on market performance and revenue growth by creating reports and dashboards to track the effectiveness of pricing initiatives,
  • Pricing projects: work with the BI Pricing Director to streamline the quote-to-cash sales process by implementing a CPQ and CLM proof of concept and subsequent roll out, to enhance sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly update: Senior Marketing and Commercial Leadership, as well as other key stakeholders on progress, challenges, and results.
  • Conduct sophisticated, detailed analysis and clearly communicate results so that decisions can be made with confidence.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum five years of experience in the areas of data modelling and visualization, preferably in a B2B or SaaS company.
  • Proven ability in using statistical analysis, predictive modeling and explanatory modeling to identify trends.
  • Experience designing and delivering Revenue Performance Insights, Sales coverage modeling, Sales productivity, revenue reporting, forecasting and pipeline reporting.
  • Experience working within a high-growth technology company would be beneficial
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented, multi-tasking individual with a great sense of urgency and follow-through
  • You must be a meticulous observer and be able to work under pressure since the job requires you to manage the entire revenue cycle from start to finish.
  • End to end project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically, but also have great attention to detail to facilitate program management execution.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such Power BI for data visualization and insights, along with programming languages capabilities in Python, R, SQL for data analysis and automation.
