We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join a leading global provider of laboratory services and solutions, based on-site at a major pharmaceutical client in Marcy-l'Étoile, France.This is not just a role, it's an opportunity to make a real impact on the health and safety of people around the world by ensuring world-class laboratory services run smoothly every day.About the Role: As the on-site Customer Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between the customer and our service teams. You will manage all aspects of the laboratory service lifecycle, from incident reporting and diagnosis to repair and follow-up, ensuring regulatory compliance and exceeding customer expectations.
