Notre client est une société industrielle, filiale d'un groupe international issue du secteur aéronautique.
À la suite d’une mobilité interne, il recrute un Compliance Officer H/F spécialisé sur les sujets liés au contrôle à l’exportation au sein de sa direction basée à Toulouse.
Vous intégrez une équipe internationale composée de deux pôles spécialisés (douanes et export control), intervenant de manière transversale en tant que point focal auprès de nombreux départements tels que les équipes finance, achats, logistique, ressources humaines, program manager en charge de la définition et coordination des projets…
Votre mission consiste à assurer la conformité de l’ensemble des exportations et importations (de produits, bien incorporels, services et données techniques) avec la législation internationale, française et les normes du groupe.
Vous pilotez et coordonnez les demandes d’autorisation règlementaires basées sur les demandes (examen et approbation par un organisme gouvernemental) et les demandes d’autorisation basées sur la règlementation (exemptions, exceptions, licences générales, permis généraux…).
En lien avec le groupe, vous assurer reporting, identification et remontée des axes d’amélioration.
Également, vous participez aux due diligences nécessaires à la validation des transactions…
Nous recherchons un profil bilingue anglais, présentant au minimum 5 années d’expérience réussies sur un rôle similaire au sein d’un environnement international.
Votre connaissance des normes de l'industrie aéronautique est indispensable et votre maitrise de l'ERP SAP est un plus.
Vous présentez des qualités de rigueur, de leadership, de communication et d’agilité pour occuper une fonction stratégique et transversale.
Rémunération 50/60 K€ + primes sur objectifs +participation et intéressement
