Position Overview
The primary role involves executing the responsibilities assigned to the maintenance planning division, adhering to the established protocols and guidelines of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
In relation to the Aircraft Recovery Process:
- Review aircraft maintenance documentation during both Pre-recovery and Recovery stages.
- Generate bridging documentation from MS company to MPD Airbus, ensuring compliance with contractual return stipulations.
- Assist the Records team in drafting commitment letters throughout the Recovery process.
- Initiate or refresh AMASIS records.
In terms of Work Order Technical Definition:
- Evaluate contractual delivery requirements and outstanding maintenance items from the Recovery phase to compile a list of tasks necessary for Work package generation.
- Guarantee the initialization, printing, and formatting of Work packages in AMASIS.
- Monitor and update the Work package throughout the Working Party.
- Provide support to the TPS team regarding MPD task inquiries.
For Working Party Analysis:
- Receive all essential documents from the Records team (Tally sheet sign-off, release certificates, etc.) to conduct the Tally Sheet verification.
- Ensure the accuracy of the work completed by the MRO in relation to maintenance task sign-offs, in accordance with the latest Work package issue.
- Update AMASIS records.
Regarding the Aircraft Delivery Process:
- Refresh MPD aircraft status based on the Working Party analysis.
- Aid the Records team in presenting aircraft records to the customer during the acceptance phase.
For Master Development:
- Construct and maintain the master status for AIRBUS and ATR CN / AD.
- Develop and update the master status for AIRBUS and ATR engines CN / AD.
- Create and revise appliance CN / AD master status.
- Establish and update the master status for AIRBUS and ATR TCC.
- Build and refresh the master status for AIRBUS and ATR MPD.
- Develop and update the cross-reference for AIRBUS and ATR ALI & CMR to MPD.
For Aircraft Operator Technical Monitoring:
- Initialize A/C AMASIS (CN, Kardex, Section III, Section VI).
- Follow up on TFR & HIL.
- Monitor CN progress.
- Oversee MS & Kardex follow-up.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Establish maintenance work packages.
- Conduct follow-up and analysis of work packages post-Working Party.
For Scheduled Maintenance:
- Develop a scheduled maintenance plan in line with applicable regulations.
- Monitor the evolution of Scheduled Maintenance.
For Additional Duties:
- Update the aircraft GIS maintenance status.
- Assist the Records team with Ferry Flight Permit documentation.
- Support the Records team with Part Robbery Statements.
- Ensure proper filing and updating of documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience required.
- A degree in Aeronautical Engineering (BAC + 5), or a Part 66 license with recognized training (BAC + 3), or 5 additional years of relevant experience in continuing airworthiness and/or maintenance activities.
- Must possess the regulatory training as outlined in the CAME and MOE of the organization.
- Experience in a CAMO environment is essential.
