MISSION


Membre du comité de direction et en étroite collaboration avec le DG du groupe vous serez chargé d’identifier des opportunités de croissance et de proposer des stratégies de transformation industrielle pour que le potentiel identifié soit exploité. La mise en place et le suivi des sources de revenus actuelles et futures seront au cœur de votre mission. Vous veillerez également à l'alignement des activités de vente, de marketing et d'innovation du groupe afin que les différentes stratégies industrielles préconisées portent leurs fruits.


OUTCOMES

  • Identifier les segments de croissance pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise
  • Surveiller le marché et analyser les opportunités, fournir des analyses concurrentielles, des stratégies et des tactiques
  • Exploiter les verticales existantes en guidant les efforts de marketing et de vente vers leur plein potentiel (used case marketing / stratégies de vente croisée et de vente incitative auprès des clients existants)
  • Gérer une équipe tactique dédiée à l'identification des flux de revenus de croissance
  • Organiser les canaux de vente et les partenariats existants avec les Directeurs de Marché, et proposer de nouveaux can
  • Identifier et résoudre les problèmes entre les fonctions de marketing/ventes et de gestion des comptes
  • Rester bien connecté avec les clients pour s'assurer que les besoins du marché sont intégrés dans les cycles de développement et d'amélioration des produits
  • Visiter les clients avec les équipes de vente
  • Construire un réseau avec les entreprises clés (comptes clés)


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solide expérience académique (école de commerce ou école d’ingénieur + MBA si possible)
  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle (idéalement expérience en cabinet de conseil et rôles de CRO ou / VP strategy dans une entreprise B2B)
  • Expérience sur des fonctions finance/ sales / marketing
  • Anglais courant
