We are Concord EU.We help optimize leading North American and European businesses through expertly developed products based on artificial intelligence, cloud applications, and well-designed user experiences.Our Concord EU teams digitize traditional businesses and help launch new digital business models.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Customer Trust and Assurance team, operating within a dynamic and growing cybersecurity program.This role focuses on supporting customer assurance activities, primarily by responding to security-related Requests for Information (RFIs) for our products and services.Think of this role as the “reverse side” of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM). Instead of evaluating others, you will be showcasing our own security controls and posture to assure customers of trust and safety in our platform.This is an exciting opportunity for a cybersecurity generalist with a solid foundation in IT and security concepts, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.Fluency in French and residency, and availability to visit the office in Paris is required.Responsibilities:Respond to customer security RFIs, questionnaires, and due diligence requests related to security, privacy, and compliance postureCollaborate with internal teams to gather, validate, and align responsesLeverage and help maintain a central repository of security answers to ensure consistency and faster response timesInterpret and communicate technical security concepts to non-technical customer audiences clearly and conciselySupport ad hoc customer trust and assurance initiatives, including audits, certifications, and process improvementsTrack customer deadlines and ensure timely and accurate delivery of all responsesRequirements:3-5 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or a related technical fieldExperience with customer-facing security responses, assurance activities, or sales-related pursuitsStrong understanding of core security concepts, including:Access controlsEncryptionRisk managementSecurity frameworksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven experience with security questionnaires, customer trust programs, or security documentationFluent in French and English (written and spoken)
