You will work at the heart of our investment platform, helping structure, automate, and scale Founders Future’s internal operations while driving value creation across our ecosystem of entrepreneurs, investors, and partners.Directly reporting to the COO, you’ll collaborate closely with the investment, marketing, and operations teams on strategic and cross-functional projects from implementing AI tools to optimizing data workflows, building playbooks, and amplifying our brand presence across Europe and the US. Think about a consultant acting as an operator within a VC fund.Your Missions1. Operations & ExcellenceMap, optimize, and structure our internal tools and processes (CRM, dashboards, databases, workflows).Test and implement AI solutions to automate and improve our investment, reporting, and marketing processes.Build internal playbooks and best practices to strengthen the team’s operational efficiency.Generate insights and analyses from data/AI tools to support strategic decision-making and market understanding.2. Value Creation & Business DevelopmentIdentify opportunities to activate business synergies through our network of founders, investors, and strategic corporates (strategic matchmaking, targeted events, high-value content).Contribute to portfolio support programs (workshops, strategic reviews, content production).Support partnerships and synergies with LPs, distributors, and institutional partners.3. Product development & Project ManagementBe a key player within the Product Team to develop an internal AI tool for Founders Future.Founders Future is dedicated to be on top of the best practices on everything AI and we are building different tools for ourselves.4. Communication & Ecosystem PartnershipsCoordinate Founders Future’s presence at key tech and PE events (IPEM, Slush, Zero One Hundred) across Europe and the US.Help shape and execute a clear editorial line to promote our positioning, portfolio founders, and impact.Develop and manage relationships with partner ecosystems (France Digitale, France Invest,etc.).What we're looking forMaster’s student (M1/M2) in entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, or related field looking for a gap-year or final-year internship.Previous experience in finance, consulting, or project management.Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; very good knowledge of design or prototyping tools (Figma, InDesign…) is a plus.Excellent analytical, organizational, and writing skills, with strong attention to detail.Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, to operate in an international environment.Curious, proactive, and structured, you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Strong interest in technology, innovation, and venture capital.What we have to offerFirst-hand exposure.
