Sous la responsabilité du Directeur des Opérations, le/la Team Leader assure l’encadrement d’une équipe de consultants SEA / SMA / SEO (4 à 5 consultant.e.s + 1 stagiaire) ainsi que la gestion de son propre portefeuille.


Tes missions principales seront les suivantes :


Sous la responsabilité du Directeur des Opérations, le/la Team Leader assure l’encadrement d’une équipe de consultants SEA / SMA / SEO (4 à 5 consultant.e.s + 1 stagiaire) ainsi que la gestion de son propre portefeuille sur les clients les plus stratégiques de l’agence.



Tes missions en tant que Team Leader :



1. 70% sur le management de ton équipe :


  • Animation et encadrement de l’équipe


  • Gestion du reportings (quotidiens, hebdomadaires, mensuels, trimestriels)


  • One to One (hebdomadaires, mensuels, annuels)


  • Participation aux réunions management hebdomadaires, mensuelles et trimestrielles


  • Analyse, suivi et intervention sur le portfolio de l’équipe


  • Support stratégique pour l’équipe


  • Accompagnement de l’équipe sur de la gestion client (problème de performance, relation client…)


  • Montée en compétence de l’équipe : onboarding, formation


  • Participation à l’amélioration des process et de la qualité en partenariat avec le directeur qualité


  • Participation au recrutement de ton équipe: correction des cas pratiques, entretiens



2. 30% sur des missions d’account manager:


En contact quotidien avec les responsables de communication et marketing, tu es responsable de l’optimisation et du bon déroulement des campagnes publicitaires de nos clients :


  • Gestion courante des campagnes de Search Marketing (Google Ads, Bing Ads etc);


  • Gestion courante des campagnes de Paid Social (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Linkedin Ads, Snap Ads, Pinterest Ads…) ;


  • Gestion des budgets publicitaires online en améliorant le retour sur investissement des différentes campagnes


  • Analyse des performances à l’aide d’outils et de reportings personnalisés


  • Réalisation d’upsell clients


  • Veille permanente des nouveaux outils publicitaires.



Profil recherché


Les compétences attendues sont les suivantes :


  • Tu as une expérience réussie de 4 à 5 ans sur un poste de consultant Paid Search et/ou Paid Social, Digital marketing manager, Responsable Acquisition, Chargé.e de marketing Senior, idéalement en agence


  • Tu as d’excellentes connaissances techniques sur les différents leviers d’acquisition (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin, Amazon, …)


  • Tu as idéalement une première expérience réussie en management


  • Tu as de très bonnes compétences humaines et relationnelles


  • Tu es proactif.ve et autonome, avec un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse


  • Tu es pédagogue et à l’aise avec le client


  • Tu as le sens des priorités
