We build award winning software across AI, Automation, Data & Analytics, Security and Cloud.We are seeking a highly experienced Program/Project Manager to strategically plan, lead, and manage complex projects for HCL Software’s Marketing Portfolio (Unica) to ensure successful client outcomes.If you are Program Manager with 15+ years of experience in planning and execution of Marketing Automation, CRM or Digital Transformation Implementations with focus on Delivery & Quality Excellence, Client Success, Stakeholder Management – then we would like to meet youPlease note that experience in managing Marketing Automation Projects will be highly advantageous.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with HCL Stakeholders, Business Partners and Clients to understand business requirements to plan and execute project delivery to ensure successful client and business outcomes.Project Planning and Management: Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, staffing, and milestonesTeam Leadership and Coordination: Leading and coordinating project teams, mentoring and motivating members, and fostering a collaborative environmentStakeholder Communication: Engaging with Clients and HCL stakeholders to provide strategic updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project goalsRisk Management: Identifying and mitigating significant risks to keep the project on trackResource Management: Hiring and Managing resources allocations effectively to ensure Client successQuality Assurance: Ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards.Budget Management: Overseeing project budgets and ensuring financials are managed throughout the project's lifecyclePerformance Monitoring: Continuously monitoring project progress, client satisfaction and making necessary adjustments.Reporting: Preparing and communicating project status reports & dashboards with stakeholders and clientsMentoring & Guiding Project Managers & AssociatesEnsuring a collaborative & positive work environment to enable high performanceQualifications & Experiences:15+ years of experience in planning and delivery of multi-year projects related to ERP or Digital Transformation Implementations of team sizes between 50-100+ members with focus on Client Stakeholder Management. Experience in Marketing Automation Project Management will be highly advantageous.Proven experience in Client Facing Delivery Roles and working with Senior Client Management (CxOs).Experience in the managing projects related to Marketing Automation and ERP would be advantageous.Proven track record of effective leadership and team management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and team members.Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions under pressure.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).Understanding of methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean.Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.Proficiency in managing project budgets and resources efficiently.Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.Skilled in negotiating with stakeholders and vendors to achieve project goals.Excellent time management skills to ensure project milestones are met.Keen attention to detail to ensure project quality and compliance.Education:A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
