Senior Project ManagerThe RoleThis position is ideal for an experienced Project Manager who thrives on ownership, clarity, and delivery. You will lead complex initiatives from initial concept through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. The role involves working across multiple stakeholders and functions, bringing structure, communication, and accountability to every stage of delivery.ResponsibilitiesManage the full project lifecycle from planning and scoping through to execution and operational handoverDefine goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria for each initiativeOversee schedules, budgets, and resources to maintain alignment with objectivesMonitor progress and address risks or issues proactivelyFacilitate collaboration between technical and business teams, ensuring all stakeholders remain engaged and informedConduct impact assessments for potential changes and ensure proper approval processes are followedProduce accurate project forecasts and financial reportsIdentify and manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plansSupport the continuous improvement of project management practices and methodologies across the teamCommunicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organisationExperience and SkillsStrong experience in project or programme managementProven track record leading multiple concurrent projects of medium to large scaleStrong understanding of project management methodologies including PMI and AgileExperience developing project budgets and Work Breakdown StructuresExcellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsFluent or advanced French language skillsConfident in engaging with senior stakeholders and driving accountabilityStrong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
