To help support our future growth as an agency, we are looking for a VIP Manager to join our team based in our Paris office.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Management of the VIP request and sample trafficking coordinating the junior positions in send outs, returns and tracking
  • Coordinate fittings and showroom management
  • Participate in brainstorming session and assist in talent casting suggestions
  • Assist with VIP guestlist invitations for client events
  • Assist with VIP guest attendance at client events, greeting guests at the door, chaperoning photographer, photocalls, managing car booking and front of house needs.
  • Assist with negotiation and contracting of talent paid endorsements
  • Conducting and completing market and industry research
  • Prepare and distribute VIP media alerts and client notifications
  • Update contact database
  • Compile reports for clients as requested
  • Be responsible for maintaining and creating VIP clippings book, along with counterparts in the other Karla Otto offices
  • Undertake administrative tasks such as manage VP and Director’s calendars (assist with booking travel for VP, Director, Press and Clients as needed, internal reports and filings etc.)


KEY ATTRIBUTES


  • Minimum of at least 5-year experience in public relations
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree required in business, advertising, PR, marketing, communication, or related field
  • English professional working proficiency both written and oral
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral), research, and organization skills
  • Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Accomplishes tasks accurately, thoroughly, and with a keen eye for detail both with quantitative and qualitative data
  • Willing to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to complete a project accurately and on time
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Strong work ethic
  • Must be efficient in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint + Fashion GPS
