Our team comes from diverse backgrounds and experiences, creating a unique combination of perspectives and approaches to problem solving.1.International RecruitmentIdentify and approach potential candidatesAnalyse and evaluate candidates' qualificationsProactive cold calling to leverage data and opportunitiesPerform phone interviews with best practices, refine processes and build diverse candidate talent pools.Present top-notch candidates for our consultantsManage the full cycle from creative sourcing to complete closingIdentify opportunities and challenges to improve our direct approach and drive meaningful mission.You will also work on transversal projects as an:2.International Business StrategyParticipate in a wide variety of strategic and operational projects to improve the competitive business models.Analyse markets/sectors and present to consultants regarding their communication with the clients.Build market intelligence on missions and business development related topics.Help in driving, planning, and organizing strategic projects.Develop new global opportunities along with the team of Consultants.Your ability to integrate our methodology, combined with your results, will allow us to consider an evolution towards a permanent position.YOUR PROFILE:You're a student in BAC + 4/5 business school or university.Internship of 6 months duration for a gap year or end of the studyWe are looking for someone who is curious, analytical, rigorous, supportive, sensitive to business & international environments, and adaptability to manage a multitude of varied subjectsEnglish is second nature to youYou are an autonomous, team player, solution/result-oriented, entrepreneurial, creativeYou are open to the possibility of a full-time position in executive recruitment upon the completion of your stage.International students are welcome to apply.Able to start ASAP.**Convention de stage is compulsory****Potential offer of a permanent position to the right candidate**
