About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary VP of Technology and Operations Support to lead and enhance our technological framework and operational processes. As a key member of our executive team, you will spearhead the integration of technology in our services and operations, driving innovations that support our mission and growth, and helping the ops teams deliver efficient, impactful work.


Responsibilities:

  • Technology Oversight and Leadership
  • Oversee the management of our IT infrastructure, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable technology solutions.
  • Oversee the management of tech tools that support our mission, including our Learning Management System (LMS) and CRM.
  • Ensure training and empower the ops teams to use the tools effectively and to their full potential
  • Content Development
  • Oversee our training content production studio, which develops educational programs and online training curricula for underserved jobseekers and entrepreneurs around the world.
  • Ensure efficient communication between ops and studio, to enable the swift development of content required for our programs.
  • Manage and support the studio team (3 people)
  • Operations Support
  • Streamline operations through the adoption of processes (ops budgets, program launches, recruitment, etc.), improving effectiveness across the organization.
  • Lead the deployment of training and capacity-building initiatives for our ops teams, to ensure fast acquisition of key competencies needed to deliver programs successfully.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a multinational and multi-functional organization, technology or learning & development area
  • Proven track record in change management, digital transformations, and operational improvements.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts and challenges into clear operational plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of driving innovation and change, influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent technology implementation skills
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive social impact.
