We are seeking an experienced and proactive Pre-Sales Manager to join our dynamic Pre-Sales team. Our company specializes in delivering cutting-edge digital service software platforms to major players in the electric vehicle (EV) market. With operations in over 30 countries, we offer a scalable, intelligent, and integrated solution that helps clients manage their networks while delivering an exceptional EV charging experience to drivers.


In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Business Operations and Presales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support new business opportunities and existing clients within the EV charging ecosystem, including Charge Point Operators (CPOs), eMobility Service Providers (EMSPs), utilities, and service providers.
  • Play an integral role in securing new solution sales and contracts by presenting tailored proposals that meet client needs.
  • Exchange solution knowledge with customers and prospects, providing expertise at all stages of the pre-sales process.
  • Assist in qualifying leads and opportunities.
  • Led and coordinated solution demonstrations for both small groups and C-level audiences.
  • Oversee the internal pre-sales process from initial opportunity through to contract sign-off.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, R&D, and other relevant stakeholders to craft winning proposals.
  • Act as the solution architect for key bids, driving the best solutions forward for prospects.
  • Engage with customers, prospects, market experts, and internal teams to understand requirements and shape solution portfolios.
  • Provide training to internal staff on the use and value of the solution as needed.
  • Develop return on investment (ROI) and business case justification proposals to demonstrate the business value of our solution to new prospects.
  • Proactively scope technical solutions to meet customer business and technical requirements.
  • Draft technical proposals for commercial submissions, RFQs, RFPs, and outline trials or Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Gather customer feedback to identify market trends, and potential product improvements, and inform the product roadmap.
  • Conduct product training sessions for clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our solution.


Your Profile:

  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Strong background in the EV charging domain or significant experience in a related technical field such as telecommunications, billing, or CRM systems.
  • Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills, capable of engaging both small and large audiences.
  • Self-motivated with a strong focus on delivering quality service both internally and externally.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the business benefits and value of our solution to prospects of varying seniority and expertise.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across internal teams, including R&D, Product Management, and Sales.
