Infomil, filiale informatique du mouvement E.Leclerc, accompagne plus de 650 magasins et drives en France et en Europe grâce à des solutions IT clés en main. Infomil, c’est plus de 800 personnes qui construisent ces solutions au quotidien. C’est également un campus à Toulouse (siège social), deux datacenters, quatre établissements à Anglet, Ivry, Labège et Nancy et une filiale à l’île Maurice.


En tant que PMO, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la structuration, le suivi et la coordination des projets au sein de notre service Intégration et Administration Système. Vous serez en interaction directe avec les chefs de projet et managers pour garantir la réussite des projets.


Vos Missions:


Structurer et coordonner les projets :

• Accompagner les chefs de projet techniques dans la gestion de leurs projets

• Animer des ateliers de cadrage pour définir les étapes clés et garantir leur exécution.

• Veillez à ce que les équipes s'alignent sur les méthodologies de projet mis en place

• Assurer l'amélioration continue des process

Produire des reportings impactants :

• Centraliser, analyser et restituer les données pour une vision claire et exploitable.

• Développer et optimiser des tableaux de bord innovants.

Accompagner les équipes :

• Apporter un support opérationnel et méthodologique.

• Proposer des outils pour simplifier la gestion des projets.

• Accompagner les équipes lors de la mise en place d'outils et de nouveaux process au sein du service

• Favoriser la communication inter-équipes


Profil Recherché


• Diplômé(e) d’un Bac+4/5, vous avez acquis au moins 3 ans années d’expérience dans la gestion de multiples projets au sein d’environnements informatiques exigeants.

• Grâce à vos expériences passées, vous êtes habitué(e) à évoluer sur des projets d’envergure, impliquant une compréhension approfondie de problématiques fonctionnelles complexes.

• Votre capacité d'adaptation, votre méthodologie structurée et vos qualités relationnelles vous permettront de mener à bien les missions qui vous seront confiées
