Poste : En tant que Senior Project Manager, vos missions sont :

* Implication tout au long de la prestation, y compris en phase d'avant-projet et lors du chiffrage des affaires pour proposer des variantes méthodologiques,
* Analyse des appels d'offres et recommandations en collaboration avec notre estimateur de coûts,
* Aide à la sélection et à la négociation avec les sous-traitants,
* Garant de la qualité, les prix et les délais ainsi que les réceptions et les levées de réserves (OPR),
* Coordination avec les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs tout au long de la livraison,
* Contrôle des plans et les programmes du projet,
* Respect des délais, les budgets et la qualité ainsi que la conformité aux réglementations,
* Gestion des opérations et les négociations sur les plans technique, administratif et financier des contrats,
* Organisation des réceptions des travaux et suivre la levée des réserves,
* Participation à la négociation et à la résolution des conflits,
* Coordination entre le BET, le bureau de contrôle et les autres intervenants,
* Animation des réunions de chantier avec les équipes internes et externes,
* Mobilisation des spécialistes techniques nécessaires, organiser les interventions éventuelles, assurer la direction de l'exécution du marché de travaux (missions DET).
Profil : Vous disposez d'au moins 7 ans d'expérience avérée en tant que Chef de Projet au sein d'un contractant, BET ou EG et êtes en capacité d'évoluer en conception/EXE.

Expérience souhaitée sur des projets d'aménagement tertiaire.

Anglais courant obligatoire.
