Location: Limonest near LYON
Project Focus:
Leading CRM, ERP, and Order2Cash refactoring projects with business transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Systems: Oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of CRM systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Or
- ERP Systems: Lead the integration and enhancement of ERP solutions to streamline operations and improve business processes.
Or
- Order2Cash Refactoring: Manage the refactoring of the Order2Cash process, focusing on automation, efficiency, and improved cash flow.
- Gather and document business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in CRM Or ERP Systems implementation
Or
- Order2Cash process expertise, including refactoring and optimization.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (Jira, Confluence).
Language Requirements:
- Fluent French (Essential).
- Professional English (Essential).
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business challenges.
